How to Take Screenshots for Edge Devices

Introduction

The Take Screenshot function allows you to remotely monitor the performance of your display in real-time. By capturing a screenshot, you can view the display from a customer’s perspective and ensure the information on the display is correct.

1. Head over to the Device Profile page.
2. Click on the Actions button located in the upper right corner, then click on the Take Screenshot button from the dropdown menu.
    
   • Alternatively, go directly to the Monitoring Tab. Navigate to the Take Screenshot section, and click on the Take now button to take a screenshot.
