How to Invite New Operator on Allxon Portal?

Navigate to any page on Allxon Portal and click on the button.
Enter the invitee's email address in the Email Address text field and click on the Invite button.
An invitation email will be sent to the invitee, and a confirmation notification will pop up when the email is successfully sent.

4. Upon receiving the email, click on the Accept button to proceed with the group moving process. This will redirect you to Allxon Portal.

💡Note: If you encounter an issue joining the group due to existing devices or operators in your current group, remove them first and ask the inviter to resend the invitation.

5. In the Portal, click on the Accept button to accept the invitation, or click on the Decline button to decline the invitation.

6. After accepting, your group will be successfully moved.

💡Note: If you encounter an issue moving the group or declining the invitation, it means this account wasn't invited. Please double-check the invitation email to ensure you're using the correct account to log in.
