What Do Different Alert States Mean on Allxon Portal?

 

  • Triggered:

    Indicates the triggering of a user-set alert, signaling an ongoing issue that requires immediate attention or investigation. Learn more on How to Set Up Alert & Alert Notification Methods.

  • Acknowledged (Acked):

    Signifies that the user is aware of the alerts, which are considered valid and currently under investigation.

    *After clicking on "Acked," the displayed Alert number on the Device List and Dashboard will be decreased accordingly.

  • Resolved:

    Indicates that the identified issue has been successfully addressed and mitigated. The situation is considered resolved by the system, and no further action is needed.
